What a gentler approach actually changes

The value here is not about forcing a perfect schedule. It is about making the next few weeks feel more manageable, with a plan that fits your home and your baby's temperament.

A routine that respects your baby's rhythm

Instead of a rigid clock-based plan, we shape naps and bedtimes around your baby's natural sleep windows. The result is fewer overtired meltdowns and a day that feels less like guesswork.

Settling techniques that keep everyone calm

Gentle methods that let you respond to your baby's cues without leaving either of you distressed. You learn what to do when your baby cries, and when to step back and let them practice.

Clear guidance through tricky transitions

Dropping the third nap, moving to a cot, or handling early morning wakings. Each change comes with a step-by-step plan so you know what to expect and how to adapt.

Support that fits your actual home setup

Whether you share a room, have a toddler to manage, or live in a small apartment, the advice is adjusted to your space. No method is forced if it does not work for your family.

A simple tracker between sessions

A straightforward digital tool to log naps, feeds, and night wakings. It helps you spot patterns and gives us real data to refine the plan without extra guesswork.

Follow-up messages when you need them

Between video calls, you can send a quick message about a rough night or an unexpected nap refusal. You get a practical reply, not a generic checklist.

How a coaching journey unfolds

Every family starts from a different place, so the timeline below is a guide rather than a rigid script. Some stages take a few days, others a couple of weeks, depending on your baby's age and how settled your current routine already feels.

Week one

Intro call and family snapshot

We start with a free fifteen-minute call to hear about your baby's current sleep pattern, your home setup, and what you have already tried. If we decide to work together, you fill in a short questionnaire about feeding times, nap lengths, and night wakings so the plan starts from real data rather than guesswork.

Week two

Your personalised sleep plan

Within a few days you receive a written routine tailored to your baby's age and temperament. It covers suggested wake windows, nap anchors, a bedtime sequence, and gentle settling techniques that match how your baby currently falls asleep. The plan also flags which changes to introduce first so you are not juggling everything at once.

Weeks three to five

Video session and daily adjustments

We meet over a video call to walk through the first few days together. You share what happened during naps and nights, and we adjust timings or settling methods based on how your baby responded. Between calls, you can send quick messages through the tracker, and I reply within a day with practical tweaks rather than generic encouragement.

Week six onward

Consolidation and transition prep

Once nights feel more predictable, we shift focus to the next milestone on the horizon, whether that is dropping the third nap, moving from bassinet to cot, or handling a regression without undoing your progress. You leave with a short written summary of what worked and what to watch for in the coming months.

Support that keeps up with your nights

Sleep coaching does not end when the video call does. Between sessions, you will have a clear way to reach out, get a thoughtful answer, and know when to expect it. No waiting for a weekly email or guessing whether your question was seen.

Video call sessions

Your main consultation happens over a video call, so we can watch your baby's room setup, talk through your current routine, and adjust the plan together in real time.
