From the first call to a settled bedtime, the steps stay simple and transparent. You always know what happens next and what is expected from your side, even on the most exhausting days.
A fifteen-minute video call where we talk about your baby's age, current sleep pattern, and what you have already tried. You share your daily rhythm and home setup, and I explain whether my gentle approach fits your family's reality.
Before our main session, you track naps, feeds, and night wakings for two or three days using a simple digital tracker. I study the patterns and prepare a plan that works around your actual schedule, not a generic template.
A focused video call where we go through your baby's routine step by step. We adjust nap times, talk through settling techniques, and decide how to handle night wakings or early rises. You leave with a clear written plan for the coming weeks.
For the duration of your plan, you can send quick questions between sessions. Whether a nap went sideways or bedtime suddenly shifted, you get practical guidance within a day, so small setbacks do not turn into full regressions.
After a week or two, we review how the plan is holding up. Some babies respond quickly, others need slower transitions. We tweak nap windows, bedtime, or settling methods based on what you are actually seeing at home.
Sleep needs change fast in the first year. As your baby grows, you may need help dropping a nap, moving to a cot, or handling a developmental leap. You can book a short session whenever a new transition appears.
Every family moves at their own pace, but most follow a similar arc. Here is what the weeks together usually look like, from the first call to the point where you feel confident handling naps and nights on your own.
Day 1–3
We start with a free fifteen-minute call to talk about what is actually happening at night and during naps. If we decide to work together, you will spend the next few days filling in a simple tracker with wake times, feeds, and how your baby settles. No changes yet, just a clear picture of your current rhythm.
Day 4–7
We meet over a video call to walk through your baby's sleep patterns and build a plan around your home setup. We will talk about nap windows, bedtime timing, and which settling techniques feel right for your baby's temperament. You will leave the call with a written routine and a clear idea of what to try first.
Ongoing
This is where the real work happens. You will send quick updates through the tracker, and I will reply with small tweaks as your baby responds. Early mornings, short naps, or a rough night are all normal here, and we handle them one at a time rather than changing everything at once.
Around day 28
We review what has improved and what still feels hard. Some babies need a longer bedtime routine, others need a later nap. This call is about fine-tuning the plan so it keeps working as your baby grows and changes.
Maintenance
Once nights feel steadier, we shift focus to helping you handle upcoming milestones on your own, like dropping a nap or moving to a cot. You will have the tools and the confidence to adjust without starting from scratch, and you can always book a follow-up session if a new phase throws things off.
