Support that keeps pace with your days

Sleep coaching is rarely a straight line, so the support around it has to bend a little. Between video sessions you can reach out through the channel that feels least disruptive, whether that is a quick message while the baby naps or a longer note in the evening. You will always hear back within a set window, and if something shifts in your routine, we adjust the plan rather than leaving you to guess.

For the moments that come up often, the FAQ page gathers the practical answers about routines, settling, and what to expect as your baby grows.

How the coaching process works

A clear path from your first message to calmer nights. Each step is designed to keep things practical and adjusted to your baby's rhythm, not the other way around.

1

Book a free intro call

Fifteen minutes over a video call to talk about your baby's current sleep, your daily setup, and what you've already tried. No pressure, no fixed agenda — just a honest conversation about whether this fits your family.

2

Share your baby's sleep diary

For a few days you track naps, feeds, and night wakings using a simple digital tracker. This gives us a real picture of your baby's natural rhythm, so the plan we build matches what actually happens at home.

3

Get your personalised plan

Within a couple of days you receive a written routine with age-appropriate nap windows, settling techniques, and a clear approach for night wakings. Everything is explained in plain language, not sleep-training jargon.

4

Work through it together

We meet for follow-up video calls to review progress and adjust the plan as your baby changes. Between sessions you can message with quick questions — a missed nap, an early waking, a teething night — and get a practical answer.

5

Handle transitions with support

Dropping the third nap, moving to a cot, or dealing with early morning wakings — these shifts rarely go perfectly. You'll have guidance on what to expect and how to adapt without undoing the progress you've made.

6

Build confidence for the long run

The goal is not a perfect schedule but a set of skills you feel comfortable using. By the end, you'll know how to read your baby's cues and make small adjustments on your own, even when life gets unpredictable.
